For further info, I’ve always used a skin care regime and factor 30 in the summer, but some wrinkles are beginning to creep in. I don’t want to go down the Botox route, but have found that the choice out there is baffling. I wondered what other people have found that works for them. Thanks everyone.

I certainly can!, and have been using the product for several years!. Retin A cream. I read about this product many years before my doctor did!. Apparently ‘cher’ was one of the first users of this product! Retinova was the original anti-ageing cream on the market which I got on private prescription (around £25 a tube – but lasted 6 mths) Retin A is the only anti-ageing cream that works, and is in many skin creams at the moment! it slowly peels away the top layer of the skin – more gentle than a facial peel! You have to keep your face out of the sun though, because the skin can be very sensitive using the cream. Also, it’s the sun that does the most damage. It does work and you can see the difference after 3-6 months. I buy it off the internet for around £15 per tube, it can be very expensive if you don’t shop around! I’ve used it for around 6 years. My skin is still sagging, but the wrinkles are certainly not as deep as they could be! I’m 42 and smoke too.
You should have started an anti-aging regimen a super long time ago.
Hi, I recommend AVON Anew & AVON Clinical Skin Care! I am in my forties and I swear by it. I have tried many other skin care products and they just didn’t deliver like AVON does. I would try the ANEW Alternative Day and NIght Creams (these are repair treatments), the Solutions Bio6 Hydrofirming Day Lift cream as your moisturizer, & the new Clinical Eyelift for your upper and lower eyelids. I am also a Certified Beauty Advisor & Independent Sales Rep with AVON. I started selling it so that I could get all the products I love at a discount! If you need a brochure or have other questions, I am happy to help you out.
I use and love "Miracle Set" by Mary Kay . http://www.marykay.com/s_azad/skincare/antiaging/miracleset_normal2dry/default.aspx
you can order on-line and shipping is free
Have you tried a "Pearl necklace". It’s wonderful having it applied. Work it it gently around the face & let it dry overnight.
Obagi is brilliant. It is medical grade skin care line, which needs to be prescribed by a physician. The Obagi products are combined with tretinoin therapy to rejuvenate the skin, stimulate new collagen and elastin, increase cell turnover, increase hydration and give a fresh, smooth, youthful appearance.

I use a range called Uspa, it is a professional product and does actually work. I use the Pure C Complex Serum under my moisturiser and the Revital Eyes Eyelift Gel. I find they are fantastic products and my skin feels tighter afterwards. My mum also uses it and finds the products great.
There is some useful advice here.
