i don’t have any signs of aging yet but i want to start using something before i get any signs and my skin is really sensitive and i get pimple really bad even though i use an acne treatment cleanser

Go to a dermatologist and get an acne prescription for something with a retinol. This will help both the acne, and the anti-aging, and if you have decent insurance, may end up being cheaper than dept store brands, and even some like Oil of Olay types, and will do what you ask above.
