Don’t lose too much weight too fast. IF your workout is making you lose weight drastically, tone it down.
Buy Thomson Green Seedless Grapes, cut them in half, and rub them over your wrinkles. Keep for 15 mminutes and wash off. Try it everyday for a month, you’ll see the different eventually. Remember, be patient, it’s natural and therefore it’ll take sometime.

GoodLuck!

definitely take fish oil supplements, fishoil is well known for its important ingredient Omega 3 which is essential for keeping your skin AND hair smooth and young…im taking it right now and i notice dramatic changes after taking it CONSISTENTLY everyday for 2 months. 2 months may seem like a long time but it really isnt. its worth the wait, you’ll see. give it a try. it will heal you from inside out. good luck! btw, sunscreen doesnt guarantee perfect sun protection. i think Mexoryl sunscreen is the best available to block out UVA/UVB rays. try that. if anything, stay out of the sun as much as you can…its wht i always do, ive never been happier with the condition my skin is in today. you wont be disappointed if you try the things i suggested!! =]
