Buy a hand cream. Neutrogena is good and so is Clarins.Before you go to bed at night apply a thick layer of handcream and put on a pair of cotton gloves and leave on overnight.Your hands should be nice and soft in the morning.I would say the deep wrinkles you see are dehydration lines so you need to add moisture back into your hands
not sure if that will work or not but try out satin hands kit from mary kay, it’s good.
