My skin please help! I have large pores on my nose and cheak area or T area but I don't have blackheads?

I have developed these noticeable pores in my T area of the face. I’m a african american women and would like some good tips to minimize the pores. Also is the Black soap brand good and if so, How can I get it. I need a good cleaner and moisturizer also. But I must get rid of these large pores. Please help.
