Are you Anti-aging or Pro-aging. Are you willing to age naturally?

There’s an add on tv for Dove about Pro-aging. It really made me think about how many people don’t want to look old? It’s a natural part of life.

Are you anti or pro aging?? Would you get surgery to stop the aging process (well with how you look)

Not many people know that 90% of aging is caused by our environment and can be prevented with proper skin care regimens and avoiding the sun. The sun is the #1 cause of aging. Mineral oil is #2. Only 10% of aging is from naturally growing old!! Crazy huh? I do everything that I can to help my skin to stay hydrated and healthy.

no way i would never tamper with my aging in any way. aging is a form of increased maturity, and those who avoid aging never mature or become wise

I might use some creams and moisturizers on my face, but other than that I don’t really believe in doing anything major on yourself. I would probably never get any kind of surgery done on myself. I have seen the aftermath on some people in my life and I would never in a millions years want to look like them.

Totally pro-aging….for instance I am going grey but choose not to dye my hair . I say go grey with grace! Besides , I also have wrinkles but I sure don’t want to get my face sand-blasted! lol

I am pro whatever makes you feel okay about yourself. Personally, at this point, I am content to slather on enough moisturizer that I should buy stock. However, as I get older, I can’t say I may not want to help things a little. I look like both parents in different ways so it may depend on which way I begin to lean as time marches on!

Lets just say when you are young, the whole world before you, aging is only a thing that is very far off. Now when you get my age, 64, aging is definitely here, lol. No big deal, we are who we are. I am lucky because I look younger then I am but I don’t know if that is a blessing or a curse.
I would never have surgery to alter my appearance. If one can exercise and eat healthy, life after 50, is just great. You are more free to express yourself. Only one draw back, and that is if you have any kind of illness. That can hamper your style.
But you know, we are born, and we die, what we do in between is what counts. So live, love and be happy.
