I am 24 but my mother has a lot of wrinkles on her face I want to know how to start early taking care of my face so I dont get them so bad I know that people say to put soy milk in the microwave warm it up and take a wash cloth and put it on your face. I also heard that certain fruits can help but I wonder if there is a way that I can make a cream or something I mean I know they have a lot of creams they sell but who knows which ones work and what ingredients to look for not to mention that I am broke as a joke lol. I can afford clinique sometimes from macys but for now Im just putting the yellow moisturizer that they have for now. Well anybody have natural remedies?

eat lots of fruits, veggies whole wheat, fish, meat eating healthy will give your skin nutrients vitamins; when you nourish your body with healthy foods and cut out fast food and junk food your skin will begin to glow ect what you feed yourself shows up on your skin. an example is a smoker someone that smokes their skin will look dull, dry, ect your skin will do the same if you do not have a proper diet. also take vitamins daily and fish oil capsules. it does wonders.
the sun does a lot of damage even on cloudy days wear spf 15 or more every day
stress causes aging
smoking, alcohol,pollution, dry skin
when you sleep; sleep on your back its like a mini face lift each night because gravity is pushing down on it. if you sleep on your side you cause premature sagging and wrinkles samething if you sleep on your face.
use it for about 2-4 weeks and the wrinkles or lines disappear. your skin will be firmer RoC Retinol Actif Pur Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizing Treatment Night Time And Day Time or RETINOL ACTIF PUR Anti-Wrinkle Night Moisturizing Treatment $21.99

sunscreen.
genes are the number one NON secret so if you have it in your genes start preparing. Smart girl! Other than that SUNSCREEN! No suntanning, and use your lotions!!! Try to not make drastic facial expression, like raising your eyebrows or scrunching your eyes when you smile because this makes wrinkles worse.
Look at your mom when she smiles you will see this is where her wrinkles are… take a look.
Best secret I have ever heard was to use hemerroid cream on face over night will help with wrinkles because of ingredients inside cream. I have heard this works amazing!
Strawberries,Avacados, even mud helps your skin and always use sp15 or sp30 before going out in the sun
Products that you should invest for anti ageing.
1. Sunscreen (to reduce premature ageing) – A definite must have. Sunscreen must be SPF 30+ (a higher factor doesn’t mean it has higher protection, so settle with SPF 30). Ensure it has broad spectrum ie. UVA/UVB protection and physical blockers for the best protection. This is either titanium dioxide or zinc oxide. Physical blockers particularly zinc oxide has better protection than chemical sunscreen. Apply sunscreen after moisturizer and before makeup
I recommend Clinique Super City Block.
2. Anti-oxidants – If you have that extra money, consider adding anti-oxidants to further help skin ageing and fight free radical damage (which can break down your collagen and speed ageing). E.g Vitamin C, Green Tea, Grapeseed, Pomegranate.
Use anti-oxidants in the day, to fight against the sources of free radicals e.g the sun, environment, pollution and smoking.
3. Vitamin A – You might want to look for products with Retinol. Vitamin A has been proven to reduce sun damage, effectively exfoliate and stimulate collagen production. However I advise you to use this at night as Vitamin A makes your skin more sensitive to the sun.
Sunscreen, Anti-oxidants and Vitamin A should be the only products you use for anti-ageing. As you are young, Vitamin A isn’t necessary.
Good luck!
