Use a good facial cleanser when you wake up and before going to bed.
Use a facial scrub once or twice a week.
Use a good moisturizer after washing your face.
Use eye creams to help the under eye puffiness and darkness.

Dont pop your pimples, let your body take care of it.
Try using facial masks once every week.
