Mainly, don’t get too much exposure to the sun. You need some to ensure that you have enough Vitamin D but you should wear a total sun block on your face if you intend to be in the sunshine for any amount of time. You could wear it all of the time if you chose to, even in the winter because the sun’s rays do reach us when we can’t see them. Don’t forget to wear it on your hands too because they age very quickly when exposed to the elements.
Moisturise, keep out of the sun and above all don’t make any facial expressions.(that’s why the Chinese have no wrinkles)
when appyling eyeliner, dont use your finger to taunt it, use something soft like a cottom ball or q tip
Avoid the tanner, wear sunscreen and start a good regime now (always use an appropriate moisturizer even if you’re oily). Also, incorporate loads of "good for your skin" foods such as salmon, berries, melon, "greens," and water whenever you can.
Your skin should have a great, youthful glow if you take good care of it. These simple steps will reward you with beautiful skin later in life.
dont get married too early or have kids too early!!! and smile
Protect your face from excessive sun exposure, always use a moisturiser with a sun screen, after cleansing your face morning and night. Do not over stretch the skin around your eyes with heavy creams or pressure.
Don’t smoke, as on top of the toxins you are taking in, the action of smoking causes tiny lines to appear around the mouth, and can cause broken capillaries on the cheeks and around the nose.
Excessive sugar intake, in all forms, including foods with a high sugar content or foods which turn into sugar quickly in your system.
Actually you may not know it but sugar is actually an ageing substance.
keep your skin moisturised i advise you to buy things or order from avon.
moisturise daily yous spf 15 or above summer and winter most makeups now contain this all so do NOT smoke and drink in moderation
-Use sunscreen even when the sun isn’t out (Harmful UV rays can penetrate the clouds)
-When wiping your face stroke upwards to avoid wrinkles.
-Don’t use much foundation/makeup.
-Don’t touch your face to avoid getting oils from your hands onto your face.
-If you have bangs, clip them on your head or sweep them to the side, so the oil from your hair doesn’t rub off onto your skin.
-Use a daily cleanser
I do all of this, and my skin looks great.

Develop a sense of humour…
Moisturise everyday, Use less make-up like foundation (Because that makes skin worse). Stay out of the sun. and when you are in the sun allot, use a high factor suncream. Get more sleep, eat lots of fruit, especially ones with more antioxidants, drink more, (It doesn’t just have to be water, it can be fruit juice and milk etc).
Never use soap. Always cleanser, toner moisturiser. When older use night cream and eye cream.
1) Try To Stay Out Of The Sun ,, If You Do Want To Go In The Sun Make Sure You Use A Sun Cream ,, Make Sure It’s A Good SPF And Apply Regularly ,,, I Suggested Sun Cream Instead Of Sun Block As Sun Block ,, Blocks Out The Sun But With Sun Cream You Can Still Get A Tan And That But It helps Prevent Wrinkles And Also Skin Cancer !!!
2) Don’t Smoke , That Causes Wrinkles And Also That Is VERY BAD !!
3) Stay Hydrated With Plenty Of Water , You Should Drink 8-9 Glasses Or 2-3 Litres a Day
4) When in The Sun Wear Sun Glasses To Avoid " Crows Feet " ,, There Basically Wrinkles Around Your Eyes.
5) Pile your plate with plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. These provide vitamins A,C and E – antioxidants that block harmful free radicals before they can cause skin damage
6) Exercise for 20 – 30 minutes most days of the week. You’ve probably noticed that exercise can make your skin flush – a sure sign that oxygen and nourishment in your blood are reaching the capillaries in your skin.
7) Cleanse , Tone And Moisturise All The Way Through Your Teenage Years Right Up Until Your Old =P Use A Perfume Free Natural One =D
I Hope I Helped x =D
