The creams didn’t really work for me. I gave it to a friend of mine she tried it out , and she actually got rid of some of the wrinkles our the eyes and forehead. Going to look for a different cream. The most of the creams are so no point in asking for a refund, so i don’t know anything about their guarantee policy, but i got the product in right order and soon after i ordered it online. I haven’t seen this cream anywhere in the stores so for what i know it’s only available online.
